Amway As a Business Development Coordinator the major goal is to encourage and develop new business opportunities for our vendors within the region in which the role is based, whilst retaining and developing existing business. In addition he or she is responsible for conducting ‘Welcome to Amway’ Trainings of all vendors newly joining the business; developing the knowledge base of all vendors by further development and product presentations. We are looking for a home based worker with extensive travel within his / her dedicated regions, preferably home based in the South East respectively in the South West of France. Responsibilities:
§ Building, developing and maintaining ongoing, open communication with our vendors, by a combination of visits, phone calls, email, meetings, correspondence and attendance of events. § Arrange and attend meetings with vendors, either on a one to one basis or in groups of various sizes in order to further develop their business § Providing sales support and business development on an ongoing basis to vendors and their organisations throughout the area to maximise sales revenue. § Relationship Management § Group presentations (up to big audience) § Problem solving and complaint management § Order intake § Structure tasks § Allowed to sponsor directly Work experience & skills:
§ Good standard of all round education is required § A business related first degree or equivalent experience would be preferred § Previous experience of working within a multi-level marketing organisation or direct selling is desirable § Retail experience – preferred in direct selling industry § An in-depth understanding of the compensation plan, Sales Incentive Plan and Non-Cash-Awards will be essential § Principled and ethical character, passionate in his / her beliefs with the presence and self-confidence to present strongly at all levels § Empathy with the entrepreneurial personality, Champion of customer service § Generic overview of all Amway business lines (Beauty, Health, Home) is required, but training will be given § Proven experience of achieving results through encouraging and supporting the actions of others § Experience of relationship building within a sales-driven environment § Experience in presenting, creating presentations and sales information to groups of varying sizes § Results driven personality, Ability to work under pressure § Strong ability to deal with objections, excellent time-management and prioritisation § Self-starting personality, pro-active and self-motivated, professional attitude and approach § Fluent in French and English § Adaptable and flexible – particularly with regard to working hours as this role will require providing support to evening and weekend business meetings and participating in French and European corporate events § Extensive travel will be required within the region covered; a full, clean driving licence is required Are you interested?
